I’m a cookbook junkie. I love them. I love buying them and flipping through them the first time and flagging all the recipes I want to try asap. I love the weekends when I start planning my menu for the next week and the coffee table gets covered with cookbooks as I hunt for ideas and recipes. Most of the recipes posted on the this blog to date are creations from my head but I’m determined to get full use out of my cookbooks going forward. Here’s a snapshot view of what’s currently sitting on my bookshelf (well what I can remember of the top of my head since i’m blogging while away on a business trip):

- Better Homes & Gardens Cookbook
- Everyday Italian: 125 Simple & Delicious Recipes by Giada De Laurentiis

- Barefoof Contessa: Family Style by Ina Garten
