
I created Eat, Drink & Be Merry to chronicle my adventures in the kitchen. I’ve enjoyed cooking since I was a child, something I started doing primarily in my Grandmother’s kitchen. But its something I’ve never had much time for until college ended and wedding plans were complete. Since then I’ve gradually started spending more and more time in the kitchen, and my love for cooking and baking continues to grow. There’s no doubting that I’m an amateur not just at cooking but also at writing so forgive me if eloquence is something lacking, but only practice can make perfect. I’d also say that I’m a cookbook junkie. I can’t help but buy them. I love them and my collection grows at an exceedingly fast pace. I love new cookbooks with their fresh crisp pages and beautiful pictures; the best part of a new cookbook is reading through them for the first time and filling your head with all sorts of new ideas.
